These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Q-OTP authentication services and website (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We aim to provide a reliable and high-availability service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance or unplanned incidents may temporarily affect availability.
Where applicable, you agree to pay the fees described in your commercial agreement or pricing plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including software, trademarks, logos and content, remain with Q-OTP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. We process such data only to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-OTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, without prejudice to any fees due.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the “Last updated” date indicates when the last change occurred.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement with Q-OTP, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
